  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased as one-time payments and do not expire
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits are consumed when using paid features such as branded pages and invitations
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Disclaimer

Persona16 assessments are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological evaluation, medical advice, or therapeutic treatment. Results are based on self-reported data and may not reflect clinical diagnoses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persona16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
